Cooking Time of Common Foods Using the George Foreman Grill

Vegetables such as asparagus, mushrooms, and leeks, takes 2-4 minutes to cook when cover-grilling and 3-5 minutes when grilling them uncovered. As for zucchini, carrots, fennel, and sweet peppers, 3-5 minutes is needed for cover-grilling and 6-10 minutes for uncovered grilling.

Although there is different recommended grilling time for various foods, the best gauge to use is still experience as no food weighs and shares the same qualities exactly the same way.
