As well as overhauling your diet and cutting back on your coffee intake (good luck with that), you can take smaller and more immediate steps to make your eyes appear whiter and refreshed.
One of them is blinking more. Blinking is the body’s natural mechanism for bathing your eyeballs in antibacterial fluid that helps fend off irritants and keep them glowing and comfortable. Blinking may sound a too obvious eye health tip to take seriously, but with our blinking rate dropping as much as 50 percent when using screens, it affects us much more than we know.
